“JUST RICHARD” performs as a Solo Artist and sings and plays guitar, to high quality backing, producing the sound of a full-band or orchestra.

“Just Richard” plays a wide variety of popular music, with an emphasis on “classic” material, including swing/jazz/big-band dance music, big ballad vocal numbers (crooners!), country music, rock n roll, Latin-flavoured numbers and generally anything that is suited to the audiences that attend your club and other similar clubs.

Has performed with a number of bands and line-ups at many venues such as: The Papatoetoe Cosmopolitan Club, The Howick RSA, The East Coast Bays Club, The New Lynn RSA, The Silverdale RSA and in the past, at your Club as a previous member of the D’Starlights.

“Just Richard” has been a professional musician for many years, having toured the country on numerous occasions, whilst backing local and International artists such as: Tony Christie, The Drifters, The Coasters, Johnny Tillotson, Freddy Fender, Johnny Devlin, Susan Raye, The Yandall Sisters, Bunny Walters, Anne Montgomery, Suzanne Lynch, Rhonda and many more.
