JOHN LEIGH CALDER
John Leigh Calder – International Bassist/Vocalist is back in New Zealand until March 2024 from London where he is based.
Originally from NZ Northland John started his music career 60 years ago where he formed his first band with school friend Bill Taitoka who later became Billy T James. John has spent many years in Sydney where he has had the pleasure of featuring some of Australia’s best Jazz Musicians over the years in his lineup’s and in recent years has been building up a reputation performing around the London & UK Jazz circuit.
