AGM

Members are advised that the Annual General Meeting is set down the Sunday, 24th September 2023 at 1pm at the Birkenhead RSA Clubrooms, 17 Recreation Drive, Birkenhead.

Notices of Motion are to be in the hands of the Secretary no later than 5pm on Friday 15th September 2023.

Voting is scheduled for Saturday, the 23rd September from 11am till 5pm.  If you are not able to attend on the day for voting, it is possible to vote by ways of a special vote from Tuesday, 19th September 2023. 

PLEASE NOTE : members must be financial to be able to cast a vote and / or attend the AGM.
